It's sluggish, broken and feels like something from the early internet days... I truly hope it will be overhauled and modernized soon... It's definitely deterring new customers (as seen in comment #1202 someone worrying it's a scam site).
It's remained mostly unchanged since 2008! (looking at WaybackMachine) with minor changes over the years... It's 2018 for crying out loud! As a long time customer I'd LOVE to see some money put back into the business, modernizing this site. Even if it's a simple side business and hobby to the owner it's something they should take pride in and make it inviting for new potential customers instead of driving them away!

Packaging could use some more care though, it's almost troll and toad level (envelope with loose cards), which isn't good. I received them in a bubble wrap slip that was too big with the cards loose inside. Every 2nd one was sleeved. I'd prefer to see very small boxes with bubble wrap around the cards keeping them together filled with a small amount of packing peanuts to fill remaining space. 18 Years and 100k+ packages mailed. We know how to send cards so they arrive undamaged. |

However I am limited to an Android device, so I emailed support looking for any type of assistance or other possible way to turn in my codes. I didn't get much help other than being told it's just for Apple devices and home computers and there was no possible way to work out an alternative to trade in codes. The first of the three problem packages arrived when the Professor re-shipped it, but the other two have been in limbo for several weeks and counting. If and when cards arrive, they come in superb condition. I'd really like to place more orders, but will have to wait until the shipping issue is resolved. |

| #1042: 02/02/2017 | Had a few problems with my purchase I brought 28 cards about 5 cards was not put in penny sleeves which has resulted in sractches on the holos . it was only wrap in a single sheet of paper which was the purchase order, cards didn't get bent or damaged but could have easily shipping all the way to Australia. And one card was missing, beside that I was happy with everything else I.g price and conditions of the cards and communication. I hope this is read and it's only miner problems to fix. Mistakes happen which I understand and I would still purchase from them again. We do read feedback. Typically every other card is sleeved with fresh sleeves, the cards are wrapped tightly and arrived safely. We'll replace any damaged cards. |

I was very happy with how quick the payment to my paypal was. I then decided to use most of what I got from selling the codes to buy some cards.
