Accounts:

You must have a valid email to activate your account.
Your username and password must be at least 8 characters long.
You may not use your name or any other persons name as an account name!

Beta Accounts:

Beta accounts are provided free by Professor-Oak games for the purposes of testing and marketing of these online games. No warranty is provided or implied. Beta accounts may be terminated by Professor-Oak at any time for any reason without notification.

Subscription Accounts:

Subscription accounts are not yet available.

 

Offensive or vulgar account names will be deleted without warning or refund.
Offensive accounts include but are not limited to:

1) Any account which identifies an individual, directly or indirectly or by inference.
2) Any account which uses vulgar words, abbreviations or slang.
3) Any account which advocates violence, hatred or harm to any living creature.
4) Any account which tries to be too clever with special symbols and confuses our small minds.

Offensive behavior:

The supreme court has ruled that any company or corporation that has sufficient funds can be held liable for the offensive behavior of individuals who use that company's products or services and is not actually the responsibility of the individual to just get over it. Since the individual behaving offensively rarely has any money of their own, there is just no point in suing them, so if you act offensively, we will disable your account and disallow you to create another because if we didn't, we could get sued because you had to act like an ass.

Sharing Passwords:

If you are so un-wise as to give out the password to your account, your account will be terminated and we will dissallow you from creating a new account. No matter how much your friend swears he or she will not share the password, they won't be the ones hurt if they do, so they will happilly lie to your face and share it anyway. We will know when this happens because two people will try and log onto the same account at the same time. If this happens in a subscription account, we will refund any un-used funds minus any processing fees. Un-used funds is defined as any payments for a calendar month in advance of the current month at the time of cancelation.
