Lost packages make us sad too. Refunds are issued after 30 days on international orders. |

I have been ordering large orders for some time and every tiem I receive anorder I am always amazed with the dedicaton involved. Everything is PERFECT. Blaine's Arcanine first edition and a base set Arcanine. that was on the 10th of January and im still waiting to receive them. I have no idea where they are or if they've even been shipped. Does shipping to the uk normally take this long? its been nearly 9 days... hope I haven't been scammed as the payment has definitely been took out of my bank account but nothing to show for it... thanks. |

| #511: 1/17/2012 5:30:10 PM | To everyone wondering if this site is real, yes it is. I have not only traded in cards but a friend of mine has too. Easily the best place online to buy and sell! Prices for selling and buying are more than fair, especially considering he has to make a profit too. It can be a little tedious to find what cards he is buying, but it is worth it! Especially if you pick store credit, you get 10% for completion of the deal, and another 10% for choosing store credit. You won't get that anywhere else! I have taken both a check and store credit and both times I was more than happy and had no problems. If you're looking to trade in a bunch of random cards from your childhood that are in iffy condition and you want top dollar you'd be best to put them somewhere else though, this isn't the place for that! But anyway, I have a card on the way right now, and I know it will get here safe, and if it doesn't I can expect the best customer service. I rarely take the time to write feedback or reviews, but when a business is ran as good as this and by someone that has a love for what they are doing, I can't help but put my two cents in. |

Uses the bubble envelopes which keep cards nice and safe, not to mention useful when you sell cards back-just reuse the envelope. Great customer service and very easy to work with. Wonderful buyer/seller! |

Furthermore, the lightning-fast shipping times (once, I received my cards the day after I ordered them despite free shipping) coupled with the fantastic customer service makes professor-oak a great site to order from. A+ ! |

Normally very good business but this was very frustrating and just wrong in my opinion. Oak: The order was placed on Wednesday. On Friday, I double checked the price and found they had been priced in error. I explained the situation and refunded his money. |
