What if the certificate is lost?

We will re-issue any lost certificates that have not been redeemed.

How are they used?

The person wishing to redeem the cerfiticate does so by creating a user account (or logs into an existing account). The user account is their email address and a password they select. The value of the gift certificate is added to their account as a credit. When the user completes checkout with their purchases, the credit is automatically applied toward their purchase.

Can I get a refund if the certificate is not used, or only partially used?

If the certificate is not redeemed, you may obtain a refund up to 90 days after the purchase date.
Once the certificate has been redeemed refunds are not available.

Can the certificate be redeemed for cash or a PayPal transfer.

No. The certificate can not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, it may only be used to make purchases from this site.

How do I know the certificate was sent?

If you choose to have the gift certificate sent by Postal Mail or EMail, an email will be sent to you on the desired date confirming the deliver of the email or the posting of the certificate to the mail.

What is the Certificate Code?

Each certificate when purchased is given a unique code that identifies it within our system. This code is used to redeem the certificate. Any person who knows the code can redeem the certificate. Each certificate can only be redeemed once.
